Advisory

Advisory services provide organizations with on-demand advisory and support. I draw on my training as an organizational psychologist coupled with  10+ years of experience in driving people and culture strategies. I partner with organizations for as little as one hour for quick, targeted support or until they have their needs met.

This combination enables you to get to the root cause of your challenges with data, understand the psychology driving them, and provide clear direction ahead. ​Dr. Lauren Catenacci is an accomplished executive coach and organizational consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations (and their talent) unlock potential and achieve higher levels of performance. She leads her own coaching and consulting practice where she partners with organizations to build leadership capability and cultivate thriving cultures.

​

Previously, Lauren was Head of People and Culture at Galaxy Vets, a start-up that aims to put culture at the forefront to boost engagement and retention, all while delivering exceptional care to pets. During her tenure, she laid the foundation for the People and Culture department, defining the organizational structure and goals, and crafting industry-differentiating practices around Total Rewards, Culture, and Work-Life Balance.

Earlier in her career, Lauren was Associate Director, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Gartner. During this time, she designed a leadership framework guiding scalable identification, assessment, and development of leaders across the organization. Additionally, she drove enterprise talent strategy through a metrics-based succession planning program that strengthened the talent pipeline for unprecedented growth.

She also teaches and coaches a new generation of leaders through her engagements at IMD Business School and Columbia University. Lauren has extensive experience with assessment instruments and is certified in the Hogan Personality Suite and the NEO Personality Inventory.

 

Lauren earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, an MA in Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She was born in Canada, raised in the United States, and currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, young son, dog, and cat.
